The Opportunity:
- Adecco is partnering with a public sector agency to search for a HR Officer, supporting daily operations within the HR department.
- Role will start off as a 12 months contract assignment.
The Job:
- Manage full spectrum of personnel administration (recruitment, onboarding, transfers, and exits)
- Administer awards, welfare, sponsorships, allowances, and medal applications
- Organize and support ceremonies and events, including procurement and logistics
- Act as the main point of contact for staff on administrative matters and feedback
- Develop knowledge management materials and contribute to organizational reviews
- Maintain accurate personnel records, distribute official documents, and manage directories
- Support disciplinary processes, compliance systems, and conduct risk assessments
- Plan and manage staff deployment and redeployment strategies for operations
- Coordinate staffing for major events and support concurrent operational needs
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
The Talent:
- Valid Class 3 or 3A driving licence
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Willing to work beyond regular hours during key operations or national events
Preferred:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience with FormSG design and usage
