We're Hiring: HR Officer
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated HR Officer to join our team.
This role covers a broad spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and training, ensuring our HR practices support both employees and management effectively.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to hiring.
- Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Represent the company in signing labor contracts and ensure proper documentation.
- Conduct new staff orientation and training.
- Ensure HR operations align with Singapore MOM rules and regulations.
- Coordinate employee relations and resolve labor disputes.
- Manage insurance policies (work injury, medical, etc.).
- Maintain and update employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
- Administer payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance verification.
- Assist in developing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates.
- Support employee engagement activities and company events.
- Liaise with government agencies (MOM, CPF, IRAS) on HR-related matters.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin (spoken and written) to handle internal communications and documentation.
- At least 5 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore MOM rules and regulations.
- Good knowledge of CPF, IRAS submissions, and work pass systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to start work on short notice is an advantage.
- Singaporean & Singapore Permanent Resident most welcome.
