Job Description
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, and prepare and file HR documents such as contracts, letters, and reports.
- Assist with payroll administration and benefits coordination, including onboarding, staff changes, and leavers.
- Track attendance, leave, and update data in system.
- Support full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, interview scheduling, reference checks, and onboarding.
- Manage applicant tracking systems and respond to candidate queries.
- Coordinate visa and pass applications and renewals.
- Assist with relocation logistics such as flights, accommodation, and settling-in arrangements.
- Support audits and reporting requirements and assist in reporting and monitoring HR KPIs.
- Coordinate data collection for annual HR activities, including performance appraisals and policy acknowledgements.
- Provide support for staff training sessions, meetings, and workshops as required.
- Involved in ad-hoc HR duties.
The Successful Applicant
- Has 3 years of HR generalist experience in similar industries, such as non-profit, NGO, or public interest organizations.
- Strong understanding of Singapore labor laws, HR practices, and business operations.
- Excellent business acumen, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing business needs.
- Proficient in ATS, HRIS and MS Office tools
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism
