About The Team

The operations team endeavours to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle.

We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship in from September 2025 onwards.

Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience.

Interns who perform well have the opportunity to be converted to FTEs. Candidates can apply to a maximum of two positions and will be considered for jobs in the order you apply.

The application limit is applicable to TikTok and its affiliates' jobs globally.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early.
Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to either of the following Internships - From January to June (onboard by 12 Jan 2026)
- From May to August (onboard by 11 May 2026) Responsibilities
-Support key employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, offboarding, transfers, Job status changes etc., and contract preparation;
-Help coordinate and enhance employee lifecycle processes and relevant policy updates;
-Collaborate with HRBPs, TAs, and regional HR teams to support ongoing HR initiatives;
-Provide administrative support for employee matters and assist in responding to employee queries under guidance;
-Support audits, compliance reviews, and data accuracy checks related to employee records;
-Contribute to the improvement and documentation of HR processes to drive operational efficiency and enhance the employee experience.



Minimum Qualifications
-Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in a related discipline;
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
-Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel);
-Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and willingness to take on new challenges;
-Discretion and ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Preferred Qualification
-Basic understanding of HR and employee lifecycle processes is a plus.
