HR Operations Coordinator
We are seeking a diligent and adaptable HR Operations Coordinator to support the efficient delivery of HR programmes and activities.
This 6-month contract position is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to the smooth running of various HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate administrative tasks related to personnel records, including updating personal particulars and managing clearance processes for HR candidates and programme participants.
- Customize and prepare certificates for participants of various HR programmes and activities.
- Manage communications with HR candidates and programme participants, including drafting emails, responding to queries, and conducting mass collection of responses.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of HR events such as interview boards, career fairs, engagement sessions, activity camps, and ceremonies.
- Organize and maintain electronic files, ensuring that archives are updated and stored appropriately across internal and external platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or GCE A-Level qualifications.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- High attention to detail and meticulousness in handling administrative tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Adaptable to various systems used in daily HR operations.
- Capable of delivering excellent customer service promptly and efficiently.
Additional Information
- Contract Duration: 6 months (extendable)
- Nearest MRT Station: Telok Blangah (CC28)
- Salary: Up to $2,765 per month
- Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 0830 to 1800hrs; Friday: 0830 to 1730hrs.
Support for HR events on Saturdays may be required, compensated with time-off in lieu.
