Responsibilities:
Onboarding
- Support the onboarding process by creating employee profiles in SuccessFactors and generating new hire letters to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
Lifecycle Management
- Manage various aspects of the employee lifecycle, including issuing lifecycle letters and updating personal/dependent details in the HR system.
- Prepare certificates of employment for banks, visa applications.
Work Pass Administration
- Process work pass-related transactions, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
Offboarding
- Assist with the preparation of offboarding letters and the cancellation of work passes.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of related working experience in a similar role.
- Familiarity with local employment regulations.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced HR shared services environment.
- Highly self-motivated, committed, and resourceful, with strong initiative and attention to detail.
