Base pay range
This role will support HR operations by leveraging technology and data to streamline processes.
The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, has excellent analytical capabilities, and is keen to enhance existing Representative Notification Framework (RNF) processes through automation and system improvements.
Responsibilities
- Support HR systems administration and ensure data integrity across HR platforms.
- Develop, maintain, and improve RNF reports, dashboards, and data analysis using Excel.
- Partner with HR Ops colleagues and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure all operational processes are consistent with HR policies and group compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Provide any ad hoc HR operations support assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or business-related field or more than 1-year equivalent experience.
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in HR systems, HR analytics, or HR process improvement is advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to identify opportunities for efficiency.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with relevant stakeholders.
