We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Ops Specialist to join our team in Singapore.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement strategies to support our growing workforce.

Location: Singapore, Singapore

Role: HR Ops Specialist (Work Visa)

  • What You'll Do: Manage and support high volumes of APAC immigration cases from initiation to completion, ensuring speed, accuracy, compliance, and a high-quality experience for stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with external immigration vendors to monitor case progress, ensure timely service delivery, and escalate issues when necessary.

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records and documentation, including data entry, system updates, and file management.

  • Assist in the creation and ongoing maintenance of process documentation, training materials, and knowledge resources to support consistent and efficient operations.

  • Track and analyze key metrics and immigration data, supporting regular reporting and identifying opportunities to improve performance and compliance.

  • Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and enhancing the overall employee experience.

  • Stay informed of relevant APAC immigration regulations and policy changes, helping to communicate updates and assess potential impacts on cases.

  • Adapt quickly to changes in tools, workflows, or policies within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What We’re Looking For

  • ✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or related field.

  • ✅ Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Singapore.

  • ✅ Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

  • ✅ Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • ✅ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • ✅ Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
