Job description

As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract highly skilled professionals.

You will also utilize various sourcing channels, conduct thorough screenings, and assess candidate qualifications.

Additionally, you will collaborate with the HR team to negotiate employment offers, foster relationships with external agencies, and stay informed about industry trends.

To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, a minimum of 3 years of experience as an In-House Recruiter, and a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment.

Your expertise will enable you to create engaging job postings, develop strong employer brands, and drive successful talent acquisition initiatives.
