We’re excited to be partnering with a fast-growing technology client in their search for a newly created HR Shared Services Lead.
This is a unique opportunity to build and scale HR operations from the ground up in a dynamic, international environment.
If you’re motivated by transformation and optimisation, with a strong background in HR operations, HRIS and start-up this is a great role for you.
In this role, you will lead the team in delivering HR services end to end whilst ensuring standardisation and documentation of HR processes.
You’ll manage HR governance and compliance and be responsible for payroll across geographies including streamlining the process to create efficiencies across locations.
A key part of this role scope is HRIS implementation and integration.
You will collaborate with colleagues in IT as well as vendors and you will regularly present HR data and insights to leadership.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need a proven track record in HR operations or HRIS, across geographies including Singapore, China, Hong Kong and ideally the US.
Due to the Engineering function being based in China, Mandarin language skills are also essential.
