Compensation:
Up to SGD 8,000/month (commensurate with experience) + 1-month completion bonus
About the Role
Our client is looking for an HR Systems & Process Analyst.

You’ll shepherd HR change requests (CRs) from idea to implementation, ensure solutions are scalable and governed, and keep our SAP HCM landscape running smoothly.

The role blends business process management, stakeholder coordination, testing leadership, and hands-on system support.

Key Responsibilities
CR Lifecycle Ownership:
Monitor CRs end-to-end—initiation, requirement gathering, design review, build, testing, and implementation—clearing blockers with vendors and internal teams.

Requirements & Governance:
Elicit and review requirements (authorisations, workflows, interfaces, enterprise architecture, UX) in line with Authority governance; assess vendor solutions for scalability and optimal design.

Testing Leadership:
Propose test cases and facilitate UAT, integration (interfaces/web services), regression, and COE testing; ensure test completeness and sign-offs.

Training & Enablement:
Coordinate and facilitate HR systems training for user groups; prepare guides and briefing materials.

Approvals & Controls:
Support CR approvals (endorsements, responding to queries, preparing Approval of Expenditure where required).

Operational Follow-Through:
Track Service Requests and System Incident Reports with the e-HR maintenance vendor; enforce standards, manage risks/issues, escalate to PM/Ops Manager, and drive timely closure.

Data Stewardship:
Support data verification, rectification, profiling, and ad-hoc extractions (including audit requests).

SAP Basis/Monitoring (HR scope):
Coordinate with functional/technical teams to review impacted objects and ensure healthy interfaces and jobs.

Payroll & Allowances Management:
Oversee payroll and allowance processes (eligibility, payroll interface processing); manage service-scheme payments (e.g., contract gratuity, Inspire funds, pensions) and retention bonus workflows (milestones, exits, adjustments).

Qualifications
Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

1+ years hands-on experience in SAP Basis/ERP/HCM SaaS tasks within HR systems; 3+ years overall in IT.

Working knowledge of SAP HCM administration/processes, TMS concepts, client landscapes, and daily transaction analysis; familiarity with HANA/Oracle and Linux/Windows is advantageous.

Strong planning & coordination, analytical/troubleshooting, and documentation abilities.

Effective communication & presentation skills; proactive, responsible, and a strong team player.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project; experience with BPMN tools is a plus.

Understanding of SAP HCM or HCM SaaS data design preferred; genuine interest in root-cause analysis and solutioning.

Nice to Have
Exposure to HCM SaaS (e.g., SuccessFactors or equivalent).

Experience with audit support and compliance reporting.

Familiarity with ITIL processes (incident/change/problem).
