About the Role
Our client, a well-established construction company in Singapore, is seeking a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition professional to manage project-based hiring needs.

The role primarily focuses on engineering-related positions and does not involve foreign worker recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs for projects.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting suitable candidates.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication with both candidates and stakeholders.

  • Prepare and submit work pass applications for selected candidates.

  • Maintain and update recruitment records to ensure compliance with company policies and MOM regulations.

  • Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

  • 2–4 years of recruitment experience, ideally within construction, engineering, or project-based industries.

  • Strong knowledge of local recruitment practices and MOM guidelines.

  • Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple project hiring timelines.
