We are seeking an HR Temp (Talent Acquisition) to support our talent acquisition activities.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for talent, and is comfortable managing end-to-end hiring activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in full-cycle recruitment — from job posting, screening, and shortlisting to interview coordination and offer preparation.
Participate - Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Manage onboarding arrangements for new hires, including preparing employment documents and orientation logistics.
- Support HR data entry, filing, and administrative tasks.
- Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Exposure in recruitment will be an added advantage - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data tracking, reporting)
- Able to commit for at least 6 months
