Job Responsibilities:
Develop and manage overseas recruitment channels based on international business needs, headhunt and recruit localized foreign personnel, and complete talent delivery tasks.
Manage overseas outsourcing suppliers, understand the cultural and employment policies of different countries and regions, and assist business departments in localizing personnel management.
Understand the operational status and team dynamics of international business, support enhanced employee communication management, and provide customized solutions tailored to business needs.
Deliver tailored HR solutions for international business, including employee relations, performance management, and talent review, to assist business departments in improving organizational performance.
Assist in implementing corporate culture, HR policies, and systems within international business operations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with familiarity in recruitment modules; overseas HR management experience is preferred.
-Strong English communication skills (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with the ability to use -English as a working language.
