Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and challenges, and provide HR solutions that support the achievement of business goals.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR-related issues, including talent management, organizational development, performance management, and employee relations.

  • Drive the implementation of HR programs and initiatives, such as talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, and employee engagement activities.

  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.

  • Lead and support change management initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and handle employee relations issues in a fair and consistent manner.

  • Collaborate with HR colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall HR strategy of the organization.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, with a strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Has extensive experience in recruiting for a variety of positions, including but not limited to sales, BD, product manager, marketing, R&D, etc.

    Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to make informed HR decisions.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
