Key Responsibilities
Oversee HRIS management, ensuring smooth operation and enhancement across APAC entities
Act as the main liaison between local HR and Japan’s teams
Support new system initiatives, change management, and data uploads
Troubleshoot HRIS issues and ensure timely resolutions
Train HR teams on HRIS functions (“Train the Trainer”)
Support bi-annual SAP SuccessFactors releases
Partner with management on HR strategy, framework development & employee engagement
Mentor and guide 1 reporting staff
Requirements
Min.
Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field
Has HRIS management experience (preferably SAP SuccessFactors / Prosoft Unit4)
Strong grounding in HR operations and regional HR processes
Excellent communication, coordination & stakeholder management skills
Travelling 4–5 times a year
