Roles & Responsibilities Location: Nearest MRT, Promenade.
Job scope:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HRIS systems, specifically Prosoft Unit4 (local) and SAP SuccessFactors (global).
Experience with both systems is highly preferred.
- Lead the adoption and effective use of HRIS platforms among employees, providing guidance and support.
- Support Change Management initiatives related to HRIS implementation and upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication to stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with teams to support new initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage and verify HRIS data uploads, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Troubleshoot and resolve HRIS-related issues prior to escalation.
- Provide escalation support to local HR teams on complex HR matters.
- Conduct training sessions to empower HR staff in HRIS utilisation
- Assist in the coordination and support of biannual SAP SuccessFactors releases, including addressing enhancement requests.
- Participate in new HRIS implementations and cross-functional projects to ensure successful system deployment.
- Develop proficiency across all HRIS modules to provide comprehensive system support.
- Assist in generating accurate HR reports and analytics for management.
- Act as a strategic HR business partner, identifying process improvements and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
- Collaborate with management to build and maintain effective HR frameworks, policies, and procedures compliant with relevant regulations.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and provide advisory and counseling services on employment and disciplinary matters.
- Deliver regional HR support and execute HR initiatives consistently across APAC group companies.
- Guide, mentor, and conduct performance appraisals for HR operations staff reporting to the role.
Requirements
- Min.
Degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems or related field - Min.
3 experience in HRIS management and Operations (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, Prosoft Unit4 or other HR systems) - Knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and employee engagement strategies.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 5 times a year).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
