Key Responsibilities
• Lead the global HRIS function with a focus on technical configuration, systems optimization, and scalable solution design.
• Own the end-to-end configuration, administration, and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g. EC, Time-Off, ONB, RCM, Comp, PMGM, CDPSP etc)
• Act as the technical project manager for complex HRIS initiatives, including system upgrades, platform migrations, and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (HR, IT, Finance) and external vendors/consultants to ensure platform stability, integration success, and alignment with business goals.
• Design and enforce data governance policies, role-based security models, and audit practices in compliance with data protection regulations.
• Develop and support HR analytics dashboards and reporting frameworks using tools like SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau.
• Serve as the technical escalation point for complex HRIS issues and ensure timely resolution through root cause analysis and system improvements.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, or related field.
Master's or MBA preferred.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in HRIS systems management, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role or as a SF module lead in a consulting environment
• Expert-level knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HCM, including system configuration, workflows, and integrations.
• Proven track record managing HRIS technical projects, including full lifecycle implementations and post-go-live support.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, role-based permissions, and HR system architecture.
• Proficiency in HR analytics, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience in consulting or multi-client environments is a strong plus.
