Job Description: Hub Manager – Central and Sites Services
Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Hub Manager to join our Central and Sites Services organization.
The role is based in Singapore and the sites in scope are Ang Mo Kio and Toa Payoh.
This role is key to ensuring employee Health & Safety, Environmental and Sustainability initiatives, General Services, Security, Risk Management, and Loss Prevention across multiple locations.
The position aligns site operations with corporate and regulatory standards while driving performance in cost and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate Sustainability, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Security, General Services, Risk Management, and Loss Prevention activities at assigned sites or hubs.
Develop and implement site/hub strategies and master plans in alignment with corporate goals and targets.
Manage program deployment, capital planning, and monitor results to ensure operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and local standards.
Support business continuity and foster collaboration across multiple sites within the hub perimeter.
Report regularly on performance, risks, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering or Operations Management
Proven experience in managing site operations, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety, Environmental and Sustainability practices, Security, and Risk Management.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate activities across multiple locations.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to align local site operations with corporate strategy and compliance requirements.
Additional Information:
The role may involve managing multiple sites grouped into hubs.
Coordination with central services for strategy and program management is essential.
The position requires a proactive approach to driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
