Job Description
- Screen resumes and application forms to identify suitable students to fill Internship job vacancies.
- Schedule interviews with potential shortlisted candidates and to write and distribute internship offers.
- Work with department managers and manage expectations.
- Internship Activities - Coordinating engagement activities with interns e.g. Internship Engagement Day.
- Be the point of contact and bringing the interns together.
E.g. Internship Lunch. - Support in any other HR related activities/matters e.g. HR and Employer Branding, Teambuilding, Filing documents etc
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or studying toward a degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- A strong interest in organizing or participating in engagement activities.
- Open to new ideas and ways of thinking and working
