Job Description
- Administer and process staff medical and leave benefits in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate and support various staff welfare programmes.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries related to benefits and welfare, ensuring issues are addressed professionally and in accordance with HR policies.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of employee services.
- Generate and submit regular reports related to employee benefits and welfare programmes.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the HR Employee Services team.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Working knowledge of SuccessFactors is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Meticulous, patient, and detail-oriented, with a strong sensitivity to numerical data.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to new technologies.
