· Handle all work pass related issue from pre-employment to issuance of work pass
· Prepare and modify employment contracts
· Schedule and arrangement of courses for employees
· Checking of daily timecard records in HRMS
· Ensure that the workers records are up to date
· Follow up on workers welfare/ disciplinary issues
· Filing and General administrative duties
· Recording of employee's petty cash claims
· Handling of phone calls
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
· Minimum GCE ''O'' Level.
· Able to multitask and hardworking.
· Proficiency in MS Office applications
· Having experience in HRMS software will be a plus
· Required language(s): English, Mandarin.
