Roles & Responsibilities As a Recruitment Specialist, you will take charge of the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying recruitment needs to helping candidates settle into their new roles.
You will collaborate with HRBPs and line managers to align on staffing requirements and contribute to strategic workforce planning.
With a focus on efficiency and stakeholder communication, your role will be key in shaping a positive recruitment experience and driving organizational success.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
- Work closely with HRBPs and line managers to understand recruitment requirements for critical roles.
- Manage pre-boarding and onboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for new hires.
- Perform recruitment data analysis to support market insights for recruitment decisions.
Requirements:
- Background in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in recruitment; public sector or in-house recruitment experience is advantageous.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
