Job Scope:
- Perform general HR administrative duties, including maintaining employee records and managing HR documentation.
- Prepare and issue offer letters and employment contracts for new hires.
- Handle onboarding of new employees and ensure proper offboarding procedures for departing staff
- Issue uniforms and maintain inventory records to ensure timely and accurate distribution.
- Manage issuance and inventory of stationery, office supplies, pantry items, and employee business cards.
- Arrange meeting schedule.
- Process payroll support in a timely manner
- Handle internal communications related to HR matters.
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am -5:30pm .
Saturday - 8:30am -12:30pm - WFH standby usually don't need come office .
