We are partnering with a highly-established client for an accomplished Human Resource Director to join the Senior Leadership team overseeing a substantial and diverse workforce.
Reporting directly to the CEO, this role is an integral advisor to both the CEO and the Board on all organizational-wide people strategies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing executive counsel and direction to a significant workforce across a few businesses.

The mandate of this role is highly strategic and transformational, extending far beyond routine HR administration.
Leading a sizable team, you will be responsible for charting and implementing the five-year People Strategy, focusing heavily on succession planning, executive talent management, organizational performance, and large-scale change management.
In time, you will also lead HR transformation programmes to improve the workforce, HR technology and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate has over 15 years’ experience, and all-rounded HR leader, demonstrating exceptional resilience, and empathy, particularly when addressing the unique dynamics of a large, long-serving employee base.
Individuals with prior experience working in the government or government-linked/ Temasek-linked bodies, along with IPC charity boards would be a bonus.
A natural leader at rallying teams, you will be key in championing the organizational culture while skilfully managing the complexities of their long-tenured workforce.
