KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Support function HRBPs in the employee life cycle
Maintaining and updating employee information in Workday and e-personal files
Conduct and support the weekly induction for new joiners where required
Support the quarterly orientation where required
Support the annual internship program
Escalate any deviation from standards and SLAs as defined in contract for external vendors
Assist in PO and invoices processing
Attend to HR-related queries from employees
Liaise with external vendor for relocation and immigration matters
Assist in ad-hoc HR initiatives and HR Modernization
EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
Diploma/Degree in HR, Business Administration or equivalent
Strong communication, written, planning & organizational skills
Self-motivated, able to think logically, critically & quickly
Prepared to challenge the status quo and make a change
Numerate and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; aptitude in HR systems & technology is an advantage
Tactful, professional, discerning and able to maintain confidentiality on all matters handled
