About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive
Human Resources Executive
to join our team on a 6-month contract.
The ideal candidate will take ownership of the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for both hiring managers and new employees.
This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, a high level of professionalism, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end recruitment activities including job requisition, advertising, sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and selection.
Partner with hiring managers to identify talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job portals.
Conduct initial candidate assessments and coordinate interview arrangements.
Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding packages.
Monitor and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.).
Onboarding & HR Operations
Oversee the full onboarding process to ensure a positive new hire experience.
Conduct HR orientations and communicate company policies, benefits, and culture.
Coordinate with IT, Finance, and Admin teams to facilitate smooth onboarding logistics.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and ensure data accuracy.
Support offboarding and other HR lifecycle activities when required.
Participate in continuous improvement of HR processes, templates, and tools.
Qualifications & Skills
Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience with strong focus on recruitment and onboarding.
Good knowledge of employment practices and HR processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Office.
Independent, resourceful, and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
