Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and hands-on Human Resources Executive / Manager to take charge of all people-related functions at BPA.
You will play a key role in recruiting and supporting teaching staff, building a positive workplace culture, and ensuring smooth HR operations that allow our team to focus on helping students succeed in their PSLE journey.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and staff records for teaching and non-teaching roles.
● Ensure HR policies and practices comply with Singapore regulations.
● Support employee engagement through team bonding, wellness, and professional development activities.
● Handle day-to-day HR operations including leave, contracts, payroll coordination, and performance review processes.
● Be a trusted point of contact for staff on HR-related matters and contribute to a supportive, collaborative culture.
Requirements
● Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field.
● 2–5 years of HR experience preferred, with exposure to recruitment and HR operations.
● Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust across diverse teams.
● Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-growing, education-focused environment.
● Passion for education and people development; prior experience in the education or training sector is a plus.
