Company Background

Trinity Annual Conference (TRAC) is one of the three Annual Conferences that form the Methodist Church in Singapore.

Encompassing over 21 churches with approximately 28,000 members, TRAC oversees various programme boards in the areas of discipleship, social concerns, evangelism, missions, worship, children, youth and seniors' ministries, as well as the administrative boards for finance and ministry.

Position Summary

TRAC is looking for a suitable experienced candidate to join the team in the position of Human Resources Executive.

This position within the HR team of TRAC and the Methodist Church in Singapore (MCS) is to support the realization of an effective and efficient HR practices related but not limited to the management of Staff Performance Management, Training Management, Succession Planning, Talent acquisition and retention and enhancement of company policies and practices.

Job Scope

· Administer and execute the full spectrum of HR duties for TRAC (including payroll and staff claim processes)

· Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices;

ensures that HR policies and practices are updated.

· Work with HR Manager to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall

TRAC Mission

· Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements e.g. CPF, IRAS, MOM, NS and other

government-related claims as well as administering work pass application/issuance/renewal/cancellation

· Administer staff appointments, new hire orientation and staff recognition programs

· Administrative support on Human Resource Board matters.

· Administer the staff performance management and staff Training & Development system

· Ensure the smooth administration of compensation, benefits and leave management

· Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of related HR experience.

Diploma holders may be considered

based on work related experience

· Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), working knowledge of ACCESS EASYPAY

(SAGE) system will be an added advantage

· Good practical knowledge of Singapore Labour Laws

· Able to work within a matrix structure

· Pleasant disposition, positive attitude and able to work as a team in a collaborative environment

· Team player and ability to work with all levels of staff
