Salary: Up to $4500 per month
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the HRBP and the Shared Services team to provide operational support on HR administrative matters such as performance appraisals, promotions, recruitment, contract renewals, and more, ensuring timely service delivery
Support the HRBP in proactively engaging with stakeholders and employees to address HR functions in a consultative manner
Assist in the administration of performance appraisal processes, including tracking timelines and gathering feedback, while helping managers understand performance management tools and practices.
Maintain accurate HR records and databases
Assist with the preparation of HR reports and metrics to inform decision-making
Collaborate with the HRBP and HR Centres of Excellence on key HR projects, including policy and process reviews.
Qualifications
Minimum diploma with relevant experience
