People Partner who is HR No.1 in their own right
— not just a recruiter or generalist, but someone who owns the people strategy for their business area end-to-end.
You'll drive the full employee lifecycle: from hiring top talent to shaping org structures, building performance systems, and advising on tough people decisions.
You'll be a business partner, builder, and culture shaper — helping us scale with intention and precision.

What You'll Do
Talent Acquisition: Lead full-cycle hiring across Product, BD, Ops, Tech — from headcount planning and sourcing to offer negotiation and close
People Partnering: Advise founders and leads on org design, performance reviews, team structure, and sensitive people decisions (feedback, monitoring, interventions)
Performance & Growth Systems: Build and maintain OKR cycles, feedback processes, and review systems that promote accountability and high performance
Employee Experience: Design and run onboarding, internal mobility, retention efforts, and team rituals that shape high performance culture
People Infrastructure & Ops: Develop foundational HR infrastructure — scalable policies, compensation frameworks, internal documentation, and people tooling

You bring proven experience in recruiting and business partnering, with a solid HR foundation and the ability to operate across both strategic and operational levels.
You have a strong ability to identify, attract, and close high-impact people across diverse functions.
You take a product-minded approach to talent: listening deeply to business needs, iterating fast, and building hiring systems that scale.
You understand that great recruiting is not just a funnel — it's the start of performance, culture, and retention.
You bring maturity and sound judgment, especially when navigating sensitive or high-stakes people issues.
