Job Responsibilities:
Support employee onboarding and orientation activities, including preparing materials and coordinating schedules.
Assist with employee relations initiatives, including organizing team-building activities and employee engagement events.
Aid in the implementation of training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee participation.
Assist with HR administration tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing HR-related documents.
Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives as needed.
Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.
Qualification:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Proactive and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Prior HR internship experience is a plus.
