Job Description
- Manage and execute the full spectrum of HR duties for TRAC (including payroll claim processes)
- Manage Manpower Planning, Manpower Budget, Staff performance management, and Staff Training & Development system
- Maintain compliance with local employment laws and regulations and recommend best practices to ensure that HR policies and practices are effective.
- Work with the Board of Human Resources Management to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall TRAC Mission via the administration of bi-monthly evening meetings or specific projects.
- Ensure compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements, e.g. CPF, IRAS, MOM, NS, and other government-related claims.
- Administer Staff appointments, new hire orientation, and Staff recognition programs
- Manage the administration of compensation, benefits, and leave management
- Performs other duties as assigned
