HR Manager | International Business, Europe-Headquartered
Frazer Jones is exclusively partnering with a high-growth international business in their search for a HR Manager .
This is a pivotal role that will contribute strategically to the company’s international HR agenda, with a focus on aligning people strategies across Asia, and their HQ office in Europe.
This is a full-time, permanent role based in Singapore, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the C-suites / Heads of Departments.
Travel of approximately 30-35% abroad to the other offices is required.
This is an individual contributor role.
Key Responsibilities
- Own HR strategy and operations across regional offices.
The total headcount in Singapore is <35, comprising corporate staff and mainly senior leadership.
As the sole HR, you will be a trusted advisor to the leadership team, aligning HR initiatives with business goals and driving a high-performance, people-first culture.
- Lead the full spectrum of HR functions across the key markets, ensuring alignment with regional nuances and global standards.
Include HR operations setup/optimization, talent acquisition, employee onboarding, performance management, and learning & development.
- Lead initiatives or projects to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, manage complex employee relations matters, and drive organizational development efforts.
Ideal Profile / Qualifications
- 8 to 10 years of progressive HR experience.
- Solid understanding of employment legislation relevant to Singapore and Malaysia; comfortable operating as the sole HR in the company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience partnering directly with C-level stakeholders to shape and implement strategic HR initiatives; experience setting up HR functions and processes from the ground up or supporting the setup of new entities is highly regarded.
