Frazer Jones is pleased to be partnering with our client, a technological firm headquartered from China, to hire for a HR Manager.
In this position, you will report directly to senior leadership and play a key role in shaping the HR Operations in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, employee engagement, performance management, and learning and development.
Drive HR policies and processes, ensuring adherence to local labour laws and regulations while aligning with the company's business objectives.
Handle daily office operations to ensure a conducive and efficient environment.
Ideal Profile
At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
Strong grasp of HR policies, local labour law and regulations, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Collaborative mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance culture.
