Collaborate with the Regional Leadership to align Human resources initiatives with the business objectives* **Employee Engagement:** Foster a positive workplace culture through effective employee engagement initiatives.* **Employee Relations :**Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts while ensuring compliance with local labour laws.* **Human Resources Operations :** Lead efforts to streamline processes to cover the end-to-end employee lifecycle and enhance operational efficiency* **Onboarding and Induction :** Provide globally consistent onboarding experience for new hires.* **Compensation and Benefits:**Design and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs tailored to meet regional needs.* **HR Policies and Compliance**: Ensure HR policies are compliant with local laws and regulations in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia.
