Job Description
Talent Acquisition
- Handle full-cycle recruitment, including job posting, screening, shortlisting, and coordination of interviews
- Liaise with hiring managers to ensure job requirements and candidate expectations are aligned
- Maintain updated recruitment tracker and recruitment-related documentation
- Provide weekly hiring status updates to the HR Manager
Onboarding & Offboarding
- Coordinate end-to-end onboarding experience
- Conduct exit interviews and compile insights into attrition trends
- Ensure timely deactivation/reactivation of systems and accounts
HRIS and Employee Movement Updates
- Update employee records in the HR system for new hires, terminations, and staff movements
- Coordinate with payroll contact on monthly movement updates
HR Reporting
- Prepare monthly headcount and attrition reports
- Analyze basic trends and provide commentary from exit data and hiring metrics
- Maintain accurate dashboards for recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate)
