We’re seeking a talented professional to join our team and shape the future of our HR Shared Services Center (SSC) operations worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee end-to-end HR SSC operations across global locations, managing the employee life cycle, compensation, and benefits with precision and care.
Design and roll out standardized HR policies and best practices tailored to our international footprint, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and regulations.
Drive the global compensation and benefits program, conducting market research, crafting competitive structures, and managing benefits across diverse regions.
Act as the go-to expert for global HR inquiries, delivering prompt and effective solutions to enhance employee experience.
Partner with regional HR and business partner teams to foster collaboration, unlock synergies, and execute impactful global HR initiatives.
Champion the adoption of cutting-edge HR technology solutions to optimize processes and enable data-driven decisions.
Ensure full compliance of global HR operations with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Around 8 years of experience in global HR management, with a proven track record in HR operations, compensation & benefits, and cross-cultural leadership.
Fluency in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders across regions.
Demonstrated success in creating and implementing global HR policies and procedures.
Sharp analytical and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex HR challenges with data-driven insights.
A positive, enthusiastic, and collaborative mindset.
Background in the fintech or internet industry, with the agility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving workplace is preferred.
