Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities
- Build and strengthen long-term relationships with existing clients
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and successfully close deals
- Monitor sales metrics and provide regular performance reports
- Ensure client satisfaction during solution implementation, resolving issues promptly and proactively
- Target and engage enterprise data center/server room clients with high-density cooling requirements
- Present and promote thermal management solutions, services, and related products to customers
- Work closely with internal engineering and product teams to craft tailored proposals
- Deliver product and solution presentations to diverse stakeholders
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure
- Stay updated on industry developments and market trends
Requirement:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- 3 - 5 years of relevant engineering HVAC/ACMV sales experience in relevant industry
- Sales driven personality
