What do we expect of you?
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you lead and manage the stewarding.
You are to ensure that all dishes, cookware and cutlery are clean and polished before handing it over to the service crew.
You are to ensure that workstations are always clean and organized.
Prepare monthly report of breakages or missing items for the Restaurant Manager.
You are responsible for ensuring that all dishes, cookware and utensils are stored in their respective allocated locations.
You have a good proactive eye for detail and cleanliness.
You are well organized.
You are composed under pressure, well-groomed and are enthusiastic about service.
Your ability to think quickly on your feet and jump in to help your team is appreciated.
