Responsibilities:
Work with end users, business analyst, developers, architects and team lead in developing IAM – IGA configurations based on requirements and solution design
In-depth experience with IAM – IGA implementation standards and best practices for end-to-end integration with various target applications
Evaluate system architecture and make recommendations as required
Coordinate and collaborate with other project team members, including reporting to project manager throughout the project implementation to meet project goals
Demonstrate experience troubleshooting complex multi-tiered application architectures with disparate middleware technologies
Engage in the maintenance and support activities, which include perform troubleshooting, incident response, and patching in a timely manner
Coordinate with vendors and support team on problem resolution, implementation issues and upgrades
Create and maintain documentation for design specifications, installations, upgrades and test cases and operational maintenance
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, or related field
Minimum solid 5 years of experience and in-depth knowledge in design, deployment, implementation and administration of Identity Governance and Administration related solutions, which include installation, configuration, clustering, hardening, tuning and troubleshooting, on products such as:
IBM Security Verify Governance
CyberArk
3 to 5 years of experience in IAM domain with hands-on experience in developing, implementing, or architecting SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (IdentityNow) solutions
2 to 3 years of experience with technical architecture, including integrating identity management and access governance software
Experience in user life cycle management, access management and governance design and implementation
Familiar with Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes and access rights provisioning, risk profiling, segregation of duty and certification setup.
Experience in onboarding applications and integrating IGA solutions with various target systems using both out-of-the-box (OOTB) and custom connectors
Strong understanding of secure communications for web applications (e.g. PKI, SSL)
Broad exposure to a variety of other technologies (e.g. Server virtualization, database, network) with a firm understanding of the interdependencies between those technologies.
Familiarity with HTTP, TCP/IP, load balancing and firewalls.
Good understanding of identity analytics
Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow and Jira
Understanding of Operating Systems (Windows, Unix, Linux)
Knowledge of OutSystems is advantageous but not mandatory
Must be able to work independently on the assignments – including communicating with end users/ project managers/ developers/ architects on information gathering and actual implementation.
Ability to deal with changing priorities, multi-task, perform under pressure, and be a strong team player
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Knowledge in the following areas will be an advantage:
Experience in implementation of other Identity and Access Management related solutions:
Single sign-on solutions such as IBM Security Verify Access, Okta, etc
Privilege Access Management solutions such as CyberArk
Working skills in development and customisation, for example:
Java development
