Upkeeping of the cloud resources hosting client's system on IBM Planning Analytics – Monitoring, alert responses
Provision, configure, maintain, and support GCC-hosted infrastructure and cloud resources
Maintenance – patching, restarts
UAT: Every 3rd Thursday, 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM, PROD: Every 3rd Saturday, 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
Recovery & Restoration
Execute backup and restoration as required
Support requests / queries from apps team & end user
Work with application teams, vendors, and client IT team to support solution design and operational needs
Security controls review and remediation
Review and remediate Security Test findings
Reviews and Reports – based on agreed frequency/cadence
Document and submit Monthly Progress Reports (contains the Monthly Log Review Report for OS (specific for Infra)), submit Daily Monitoring and Health check Status (e.g. CPU, Memory and Diskspace Utilization)
Support audits
Analyze and respond to audit findings
Extract data or capture screenshots from the Cloud Platform or Server to fulfill auditors' requests for new or supplementary evidence
Work closely with internal and external security consultants to review audit reports related to cloud and infrastructure, providing clarifications and remarks as required
Participate in governance call
Attend project meetings (e.g. Weekly IT Meeting, PSDC/PSC where required)
Annual exercises (if any)
Support yearly Penetration Test, e.g. infra support (working with Application Team) to ensure environment readiness for Pen Test to be conducted
Working hours: 8am to 7.30pm on weekdays, 9am to 12.30pm on Saturday (for deployments/upgrade work).
