Job Description: ICT Executive cum Trainer
Contract Period: 2 Jan 2026 – 31 Dec 2026

Working Hours
- Monday – Wednesday: 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (inclusive of 1-hour lunch)
- Thursday (CCA Day): 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (inclusive of 1-hour lunch)
- Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (inclusive of 1-hour lunch)
- Saturday, Sunday & Public Holidays: Service not required unless supporting official school events/functions.
Scope of ServicesA.
Assets Management
- Update and maintain ICT and AV inventory in compliance with MOE ITD and school asset requirements.
- Conduct stock checks bi-annually and manage condemnation/replacement of obsolete equipment.
- Track ICT/AV loans (e.g., tablets, cameras, visualisers).
- Maintain ICT systems in collaboration with vendors for optimal performance.
- Organize and document ICT/AV resources systematically.
B.
ICT & AV Support
- Attend to ICT/AV service requests promptly.
- Set up devices/tools (e.g., Swivl robots, interactive TVs) for school events.
- Provide classroom ICT support and resolve projector/visualiser issues.
- Administer online surveys and compile reports.
C.
3D Printing
- Set up, maintain, and train staff/students in 3D printing and related software.
D.
Applied Learning Programme (ALP)
- Manage ALP inventory and stock-take.
- Maintain Makerspace and assist students with troubleshooting maker equipment.
E.
PLD-Related Administration
- Perform basic troubleshooting and data wiping for Personal Learning Devices (PLDs).
- Support Apple School Manager (ASM) functions.
F.
Co-Facilitation (CCA, Staff & Students)
- Assist teachers/vendors during Info-Comm Club training.
- Guide students in photography/videography.
- Provide technical support for teacher professional development.
- Conduct ICT training sessions for staff.
G.
Others (School-Related)
- Support official school events (e.g., photography, live-feed videography, multimedia presentations).
- Maintain school's digital photo/video archives.
- Design, update, and manage school website.
- Assist in producing publications (videos, posters, banners).
- Perform other ICT/AV duties as assigned by school leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 5 years' experience in ICT & AV inventory management in a school environment.
- Proficient in Windows & iOS platforms with proven training ability.
- Skilled in photography, videography, and multi-cam live feed videography.
- Experience in 3D printing setup, training, and Makerspace maintenance.
- Hands-on experience with M5Go, micro:bit, ClassVR goggles, Swivl robots, Apple School Manager (ASM).
- Strong knowledge of website design, ICT troubleshooting, and advanced AV tools.
- Experience managing SLS and DMA user accounts.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with staff and vendors.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $1, $3,000.00 per month
Education:
- GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (Preferred)
Experience:
- ICT & AV inventory management in a school environment.: 5 years (Preferred)
- 3D printing setup, training, and Makerspace maintenance.: 5 years (Preferred)
- website design, ICT troubleshooting, and advanced AV tools.: 5 years (Preferred)
