ICT Support and Device Management
- Provide device management services (devices include ICT equipment, peripherals, and gadgets under the purview of the ICT department).
- Provide technical and application support to users.
- Perform installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and repair of ICT devices.
- Maintain a tracking list (e.g. Microsoft Excel or Google Spreadsheet) to record the loan and return of devices.
- Manage and maintain the ICT inventory within the school.
- Handle school shared ICT devices, including delivery and setup of ICT resources at the requested rooms or areas.
- Assist and supervise ICT vendors during the delivery of services or goods.
- Handle delivery and receipt of goods as and when required.
- Assist school leaders, management, or teachers with ICT-related tasks.
- Process paperwork (e.g. Condemnation Form, Loan Form, ICT Request Form) and perform related ICT administrative tasks.
- Support and report to the HOD ICT, Subject Head ICT, or ICT Manager.
- Work collaboratively with Desktop Engineers (DE) deployed in schools.
- Assist with audio, projector, and notebook setup during school programmes and events such as Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Graduation Night, Education & Career Guidance fairs, National Day, Teachers' Day, Children's Day, and Founder's Day.
- Assist in audio and video production when necessary.
- Assist in using video editing software or applications when required.
- Conduct ICT baseline skills training (Microsoft and Google applications), as well as ICT and video-related training for students.
- Provide technical support during school hours for non-SSOE devices.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
Minimum Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma in any field.
- Experience as an ICT Executive or in an equivalent role in local schools.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace.
- Experience in Audio-Visual (AV) setup and production.
- Experience in audio, video, and media production for school events.
- Familiarity with video editing software and applications.
- Experience in inventory tracking and management.
- Experience in conducting ICT baseline skills and related trainings for students, preferably in primary schools.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills for ICT devices.
- Good communication skills in English - both written and spoken.
