ICT Teaching and Learning
Contract Period:
- Base Period: 1 January – 31 December 2026 or after issuance of LOA, whichever is later
- Option Period: 1 January – 30 June 2027
Location: Clementi Avenue 5, Singapore
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Fridays: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
- May be required to report at 7:00 AM occasionally
- Services may be required on Saturdays
- Working hours may be adjusted by the Authority with prior notice
Scope of Services:
The ICT Teaching and Learning personnel will be responsible for:
- Conducting computer and multimedia training for students, developing proficiency in school-identified baseline ICT skills.
- Collaborating with HOD ICT to develop a structured training program for students.
- Developing and preparing training resources to support teaching sessions.
- Training students (Primary 1 to 6) on digital literacy and online collaboration tools/platforms.
- Assisting in ICT-related training for staff and ICT Student Leaders.
- Handling and assisting in inventory management of AV/IT equipment across classrooms, hall, parade square, and special rooms for school events.
- Setting up and managing Public Address (PA) systems for school functions (e.g., National Day, Awards Day) and online meetings/webinars.
- Supporting photography and videography tasks, including photo/video editing as assigned.
- Archiving, managing, and organizing the school's media collection (photos, videos, documents).
- Supporting school website design and maintenance.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant teaching or IT working experience in a school environment, preferably managing administrative systems.
- Experience teaching young children or youths is preferred.
- Polytechnic Diploma holder or equivalent preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Apps (Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets, Google Sites).
- Knowledge of multimedia applications such as Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, and SWIIT webpage builder.
- Ability to conduct computer training for both students and staff.
- Experience in animation, mobile learning development, basic programming, video filming and editing is a plus.
- Highly motivated, capable of project management, and a strong team player.

- School reserves the right to interview candidates prior to confirmation of appointment.

Pay: Up to $3,000.00 per month
