About the Role
Reporting to the Shopkeeper of the Home Furnishing department, you will deliver exceptional sales service and create an inspiring shopping experience for our customers.
You'll maintain IKEA's merchandising standards and ensure the store environment is welcoming, organized, and fully stocked.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by understanding shoppers' needs, offering product information, and giving assistance when required.
- Maintain a clean, well-organized department with products properly displayed, priced, and replenished.
- Actively promote top-selling and prioritized products to drive sales and meet department targets.
- Support the team in daily operations and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
