What the role is
As a Process Control Trainee, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and deployment of next-generation semiconductor research & development capabilities by supporting new tool startup activities within our engineering team.
You will be part of a dynamic environment where innovation, precision, and collaboration drive the successful integration of cutting-edge equipment into high-performance fabrication workflows.
Through this role, you will gain hands-on experience in tool qualification, process optimization, and equipment troubleshooting.
You will also develop key competencies in statistical process control (SPC), design of experiments (DOE), and cross-functional coordination with equipment vendors, R&D engineers, and operations teams.
This traineeship will equip you with a strong foundation in semiconductor process technologies, equipment engineering, and the critical startup methodologies that enable scalable, reliable, and efficient manufacturing solutions.
