Job description

  • UP TO $2580 (1 month, extendable depends on performance)
  • Working hours: Monday -Thursday: 8.15am – 5.45 pm, Friday: 8.30 am – 5.30pm
  • Location: Bishan, Maxwell, Woodlands

Note: Bishan - required to work on Sat: 8.30am to 1pm (OT applies)

Job Description

  • Provide in-person support to customers, addressing their queries, issues, and transactions.

  • Responsible for delivering accurate information, resolving concerns efficiently, and ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

  • Willingness to take on various tasks and adjust to changing work demands.

Requirement

  • Candidate will need to attend 2 days training before actual work commencement
  • Good communication skills & active listening
  • Ability to provide positive customer experience while maintaining professionalism, even in difficult or high-pressure situations
