Responsible:
Customer Service
- Handle call or email enquires and offer support with regards to import shipments related to the account.
Shipment Coordination
- Coordinate with relevant overseas branches on freight arrangement and shipment movement.
Liaise with delivery team on shipment delivery to the customer on time.
Documentation
- Review/verify shipping documents to be accurate before dispatching to the customer.
Billing
- Pre-check and monitor the billing flow to ensure the accuracy of our bills before submitting to the customer.
Requirements
Minimum O level or higher Knowledge in freight forwarding.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
To support on operations, work during weekends / public holiday / after office hours when necessary.
Able to perform in fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Able to start immediately or at short notice
Possess good analytical skills and team player.
Able to work with initiative
