What the role is
Our team manages the established survey system that collects critical business data for national statistics.
We're looking for someone to help enhance and optimise this system, ensuring it continues to effectively serve diverse business questionnaires and respondent profiles.
What you will be working on
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Support system enhancement projects by working with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design, Data and Operations) across the project lifecycle from gathering requirements to implementation.
- Assist in user acceptance testing, prepare test cases and documentation, and help maintain project documentation including user guides and training materials.
- Help analyse user feedback and system data to identify potential improvements, and support the team in preparing analysis reports and recommendations.
- Contribute to change management activities by helping prepare communications and training materials for updates.
- Support the monitoring of system performance and feature adoption by helping to compile data, track metrics, and prepare regular status updates.
This hands-on role offers unique exposure to business data collection for statistical purposes.
You'll learn how national surveys work while gaining practical experience in improving digital systems.
